Meet and greet I thought meant meeting at the airport then you take car and bring back after but it wasn’t so not what I expected but on positive bus was very comfy and got us there in good time, car was alarm running when arrived back so was nice n warm when we got in x overall very good

Great service from start to finish. Clear instructions on dropping the car off, WCP arrived less than 5 minutes after and we were off on holidays. On return, WCP had sent us a text message already saying they were ready to return. This service is much better value for money than the airport car parks and I’ll certainly be using it again. Great service, Picked up car on time and driver was waiting for us to arrive as we called in 20 mins as requested. Could improve returning part of the service as we have to wait for 40-50 mins to get it returned. Drivers were great and polite, no issues with them.

It was a very speedy service, went smoothly from turning up and dropping off the keys to getting taken to the airport. The bus was already sitting waiting upon our return to take us back. It does drop you at holiday inn express and you walk through but it is a short walk across and that's where you are collected from.

This is my first time parking, while dropping for due to an incident in M4 I was delayed by an hour, team waited patiently and picked up the vehicle. Return also it was very easy I called them while waiting for baggage before I reach pick up area my car was brought there. Thanks for your service.

Once you have navigated the complicated route on Stansted Airport to the actual drop-off point (not the responsibility of SC Parking), the parking procedure is very easy, and on collection, I received my car within twenty minutes of the arranged phone call after landing. There were other families using the same collection point with different parking suppliers who had been waiting for over one hour and longer for their vehicles. Thank you SC Parking for an excellent service.

I don't understand why we still had to give money to the driver before getting taken to airport. 2 of us travelled & was charged £10 for both ways. Single lady beside us had to pay £12 for both ways! Even though parking had been paid when booked online.

Had a few issues when calling through 30 mins before. The guy I spoke to didnt speak good English so was a struggle to understand him. They changed the meeting point from the Orange to Green car park at Stanstead. When I arrived there, I stopped outside the actual barrier and rang again, as did not want to be hanging around paying for short-stay parking. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then cut off. I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed and the whole holiday was about to be disrupted by something as basic as parking the car. In the end the actual collection driver called me and said he would be another 10 minutes. We drove in, met the guy and I handed over the keys. I paid the £13 in and out price for the green car park. Upon our return, we were told the driver would arrive within 50 minutes. So we took our time, and were met pretty much on time and got the car back. So aside from the initial messing around, everything was pretty seamless in the end.

Easy to book. For me very good experience. When I arrived I was waiting 5 minutes for transfer, transfer to airport about 10 minutes trip. Pick up very easy, after I called it took about 20 minutes to sit in the bus again. Car was ready for pick up. After 10 minutes I was ready to go. Not busy in the bus. Honestly, I can recommend.

Service on way in was excellent. The man was there waiting when we got there. On the way back I was a bit worried as had to call several times when in baggage claim, before I got an answer. We also did have to wait approximately 20 minutes in the car park at Bristol airport, 2am with 2 autistic kids. That wasn't ideal, but I would still use the service again as car came back in one piece and I used them last year with no issues.

Car park was a short minibus drive away from Stansted and the transfer service was efficient and the driver was helpful and friendly. My car was kept secure throughout the duration and the price I paid was reasonable. I would use this car park again.

Excellent service and great value! ????? We were really impressed with "Just Park & Ride" at New Farm, Stansted Road. The price was significantly cheaper than other options, & everything was very clear & straightforward, especially regarding the levy charges. The whole process was simple & easy. We called when we landed, but unfortunately had just missed a collection & had to wait around 20 minutes for the next bus — which, at 3am, felt like a little longer! ???? However, the service was still very good & the process was hassle-free. We were also worried that our flight being delayed by two hours might mean additional charges, but there was no issue at all, which was a huge relief. Overall, we’re really happy with the service and the value for money. We would definitely use Just Park & Ride again and would happily recommend them to others flying from Stansted. ????
