The drop off was clear although we were not sure who to speak to but a person in the car park identified themselves. Pick up also good as long as you are not in a hurry. For us 30 mins was fine.

All went really smoothly at the hand over. I phoned ahead as asked and the pick up went well. On return I waited as asked till baggage had been collected and then called. Thirty minutes waiting time was given it was slightly longer due to the traffic, but no problem the drop off was smooth and efficient with a polite driver.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive such prompt and efficient service. The collect driver was there waiting for me and the delivery driver arrived within 10 minutes of my call. This contrasts markedly with the previous outfit, park lane/superparking who kept me waiting for one and three quarter hours on 9 March. The ultimate insult was that their driver handed me a printed form with a complaints number which does not work. No wonder I did not get a request for a review from you then!!!

Both the drop-off and collection process was seamless and very efficiently managed. We would definitely use this service again. The vehicle collection at T2 Heathrow was particularly impressive, we rang as instructed after collecting our luggage and by the time we had arrived at the collection point the car was on its way and arrived within a few minutes.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We called 30 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, and someone was waiting to take our car when we reached the car park. When we landed back in the UK, the car was returned within 15–20 minutes of our call. The collection and drop?off point is very easy to find—right across from Arrivals and Departures in Car Park 5, ground floor.

The service was as efficient and effective as it usually is except for one unfortunate matter. During the course of the parking period, damage was done to the front passenger side wheel arch. A scuff and scrape - nothing too serious - a local repairer will carry out a repair at a cost of £120+VAT and I have informed Sure parking in a separate email and requested their agreement to meet the cost.

Prompt collection of car in terminal 3. Would suggest you give a slip of confirmation of taking the car as in past. On return slight wait for delivery of car. Car driven 19 miles only to parking area. Courteous drivers. Will use service again. Cost of parking competitive rate.

Ready to receive us and our vehicle on Departure - despite the very early hour! And only an acceptably short delay bringing the car to us when we were returned to T2 having left from T5!! Very happy with the service and car returned exactly as I left it, and with minimal mileage.

Generally good overall. Car park is a bit rough and ready, but the airport transfers went well. Just be aware that there is an extra charge of £7 each way which is the airport drop off fee. This was clearly stated in the email confirmation, but could easily be missed. Overall I was pleased with the service, and would use it again.

Driver was waiting at car park designated spot as we arrived and we had dropped the car off within 5 minutes. On our return he was waiting with the car for us. Super easy to book and an excellent first class service. Would definitely recommend.

Really helpful once I’d realised where to drop the car off. These instructions aren’t clear. The Orange car park is huge at Stansted so some more specific instructions would really help. Really easy pick up on the way back

Was a little apprehensive as no detail on where car was to be stored and could be up to 50 miles away ! Also instructions said one level at airport but when we rang to say we were 30 mins away we were told to go to a different level. Initial telephone call was challenging as their English was not great. However after that all went smoothly, handed over the car. Return was a lot easier and found car and driver easily. Overall the service worked well and I would definitely use again. Car was as we left it.

Due to the war on the middle east we were forced to make minor adjustments to put booking. These seem to work fine on the CYP website but would appear were it not communicated to Greg Morriss. Arrival was fine and we were immediately transferred to the terminal on a rather old, beat up van. When we arrived back on Heathrow we had to wait for almost 40 minutes on the cold and rain for the pickup. The drive back to the car park took a while due to heavy traffic. Overall, good value but return service could have been better.

Pick up and drop off services were carried out efficiently. My previous service with another service provider was horrible. My vehicle was given a ticket at night and the to my car was lost when I arrived. There has been no explanation or offer to pay for the lost key. It cost £620 to replace at Lexus.

Really efficient service. Well recommended. No car park fee to pay Parked next to their van and had someone over within a few minutes and was on my way within 5 minutes They called me when I was in arrivals to see if I wanted my car dispatched but as my hold bags were not available for collection I called back after I got my bags. Walked to the car park and my car was already there. Walked up to it and someone came over to give me my keys and ticket and was out of the car park and on my way in minutes. They use body cameras so the whole interaction is also monitored

A member of staff came to me immediately on parking and gave me a receipt for the car- all done in about 4 minutes. On my return I was about 1 hour late landing but again a member of staff was waiting for me, handed over ticket for the exit barrier and was on my way again in a matter of minutes. I use Sure parking at least 3 times a year and so far am very pleased with their service

Please note that this provider does not offer the same meet and greet service as Stansted Airport official meet and greet does. It is cheaper but you have to pay to go in and out of the short stay car park where your car is picked up and dropped off ( this is currently £26 on top ). They arrived within 10 minutes of us arriving, but took 45 minutes to deliver the car back. The people were polite and the car was returned in the same order as collected.
