This car parking company is awesome!! However, the previous one I used at Heathrow and completed a review was the worst ever!! So I dont believe my opion matters otherwise you would have contacted me!

A little difficult to find the people running Bee Parking - signage very poor. Had to make two calls to get location on site. After this, drop off and collection was good. Will use again!

Overall it was a good experience, information where to park & how to collect the car were clear. Was advised it would be a 20 minute waiting time for the car to return to the car park but only waited 15minutes. The one negative is my dash cam was unplugged which I am not happy about.

Drop-off and pick-up were efficient but a little slow. Good value. Drop-off charges were a slightly 'hidden' extra.

Friendly and efficient service. Car well looked after and clear instructions. Would use again. Although a bit of pressure to submit a 5* review before we left on pick up - I would have anyway but there was pressure applied. But overall, FAB service.

Swift service to and from the airport. Easy registration. Friendly and helpful staff. The only problem I found was my car was parked under a tree for 3 days so it was covered in bird poop all over which was really hard to clean. I wish it was parked somewhere else

Please be aware that you have to pay £8 for entry and another £8 for exit so it is an additional £16 to the original quote. Also there was a long wait atleast half an hour for the car to be brought back.

Good service but it was not clear on having to pay more money to get out of the car park. In return we had to pay an additional £10 to exit the car park and this was not included in our upfront payment.

We called the number listed 30 minutes before arrival and it was answered. They confirmed the registration and knew to expect us. Upon arrival we went to the reception and handed over the key and confirmed the details. They gave us a slip with a number on to ring when we returned back. They asked what terminal we needed and we got into a minibus with another traveller. We were dropped off at our terminal. On return we rang the number given to us once we had left luggage reclaim. First time there was no answer. I waited 5 minutes and then rang again, this time it was answered. He asked to confirm registration and said they would be over within 20 minutes. He then gave instruction about where to go but it was slightly difficult to understand due to volume and accent. I gathered we would be picked up where we were dropped off (the bus stop) and that is where he arrived. We got on the minibus which then went to the other terminal to drop off some passengers already on board before returning back to the parking lot. We were given our key back and went back to our car to leave. Our return flight was 2 hours delayed so it was good that this didn't effect anything or incur any charge. The car had been used to move spaces within the car park but we had noted the mileage on arrival and it had not gone any more than half a mile (moving spaces). The car was quite dirty when we returned to it as the car park is surrounded by trees and evidently quite a few birds.. but that's just nature. Other than slight communication problem and dirtiness of car, I can't fault the service! Would happily use again.

I hadn’t realised that the charge to go into and out of the car park was not included and I needed to pay £16 extra. Also, that they were not on site. I would prefer onsite. The wait to pick-up the car was also quite long because of the traffic. That said, service was overall adequate.

Everything went as expected, found no issues. It was the cheapest and most decent price I could find for two weeks. Also, the staff were responsive and fast. The only complaint I’ve got is how the price for the shuttle to the airport is advertised in the email - it should be clearer and more visible, without special characters around the price. To avoid misunderstandings.

No problems at all, but do remember to wrap up against a cold windy airport car park if you have just returned from a warmer climate. A 20min wait for your car can seem an eternity. That is no negative on this company as they performed well.

Excellent service was there on time with my car, the problem i had was the really dirty feet marks , my car was dirty already but the dirt was like Clay and mood which was all over door frame and foot well, had to go clean it straight away as it got on my clothes
